Refund Policy

Failed or blocked videos

If a video fails to generate or is blocked by our AI provider, the credits you spent on it go back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Not happy with a result

If a finished video doesn't look like you, reply to the "your video is ready" email or contact us using the email link in the website footer. Tell us which video it was. We will refund the credits, or refund your payment if you haven't used the rest of the pack.

Unused credit packs

Credit packs never expire. You can ask for a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

Abuse

We may refuse refunds for accounts that repeatedly buy, use and then dispute payments, or that break our Terms of Service.
